Why Seek Therapy?

There are no right or wrong reasons to seek therapy.

There is simply what you are experiencing
and what you are feeling.

Sometimes, something becomes too heavy,
too confusing, or too present to carry alone.

At other times, nothing seems clearly identifiable,
yet a sense of discomfort settles in: a feeling of being out of sync,
inner fatigue, or a loss of bearings.

There is simply what you are experiencing and what you are feeling.

When Therapy Can Become a Support

Seeking therapy can then be a way to take time for yourself,
to listen to what is unfolding,
and to no longer remain alone with what you are going through.

Life Situations That May Lead You to Seek Therapy

You may feel the need for support if you are going through, for example:

  • Stress, anxiety, or emotional overload

  • A feeling of not being in the right place, of feeling stuck

  • Relationship difficulties, conflict, or isolation

  • Lack of self-confidence or self-esteem

  • Separation, grief, or emotional shock

  • A difficult professional situation: pressure, exhaustion, loss of meaning, burnout

  • A life transition or a period of questioning

  • A need to better understand yourself and adjust to what you are experiencing

Whether in Paris or online, Gestalt therapy offers a supportive space to explore these experiences and regain clarity.

It is not necessary to be unwell to seek therapy.
Sometimes, it is enough to sense that something deserves
attention, listening, and support.

If you are here, it is probably not by chance.
Something is already seeking to be heard.

A Space to Welcome What Is Being Experienced

Gestalt therapy offers a space to welcome your experience as it is,
without judgement, without diagnosis, and without expectations of performance.

It is time for you,
where what is present in your body, your emotions, your thoughts,
and your relationships
can be explored with gentleness and respect.

Through this supportive process, clarity can gradually emerge,
allowing you to better understand how you function
and to regain greater accuracy and balance in your choices and relationships.

Moving Forward With Support, at Your Own Pace

I support you within a confidential and caring framework,
respecting your rhythm and what is possible for you at each step.

This is not about changing who you are,
but about coming closer to yourself,
with what you have lived through
and with what is alive for you today.

Et si vous souhaitez aller plus loin

Si ce que vous lisez ici résonne avec ce que vous traversez, un premier échange peut être l’occasion de clarifier votre démarche et de poser vos questions.
