About Me

A Path Shaped by Human Connection

There is no perfect time, only the time that is right for you.

A Personal and Professional Path

At the age of 15, I entered the world of professional cooking —
a demanding path through which I learned to build myself,
to adapt, and at times to live with the feeling of not quite being in the right place.

Fine dining, as I experienced it at the highest level, proved to be far more than a profession:
it is a world where one learns about oneself, about others, and about life.
An environment shaped by rigor, presence, consistency,
and the capacity to continuously adjust.

As a cook, then as a chef and restaurant owner,
I occupied different roles — within teams, with clients and suppliers, at the heart of collective work.
There, I discovered how essential relationship, listening,
and presence are in giving meaning to what we do.

From Teaching to Therapeutic Support

My path then led me toward teaching and transmission.
As a chef instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Institute in Paris and in Japan,
I supported international students, led teaching teams,
and trained professionals in their development.

This work led me to pay close attention to posture, engagement, and the way we enter into relationship with others.

Having lived and worked abroad for several years,
I was confronted with different cultural contexts, distance from home, and the transitions and questioning that such experiences often bring.

Today, this experience allows me to also support expatriates
or people living outside France through online sessions,
with particular attention to the challenges of uprooting, identity, and adaptation.

Over time, I became deeply aware that what truly moves me
is working in close contact with others, with what is alive and present in the here and now.

My own therapeutic journey led me to Gestalt therapy —
an approach in which I recognized myself
through the place it gives to relationship, lived experience,
and personal responsibility.

My work as a Gestalt therapist in Paris is grounded in a relational, experiential approach, and is also available through online sessions.

My Therapeutic Stance

My stance as a practitioner is grounded in engaged presence, attentive listening, and a respectful, caring relationship.

I welcome you as you are,
without judgement or expectations of performance, in a space where the relationship becomes a support
for exploring what is present for you.

Today

Trained as a Gestalt therapy practitioner at the Humanist School of Gestalt — IFAS,
I now support individuals who wish to take time for themselves, to deepen their self-understanding and to find greater accuracy in the way they relate.

The therapeutic support is built together, at your own pace, with careful attention to lived experience and to what emerges in the present moment.

If what you have read resonates with you, you are welcome to contact me for an initial exchange —
simply, and at your own pace.
